Lesson description: Important laws of labor law, basic concepts of labor law, application areas of labor law, types of employment contracts, jobs forbidden to contract employment, rights and obligations of workers and employers arising from employment contract, termination of employment contract, working hours, permits and wages, social security concept, trade union law, collective bargaining law, strike, lockout, right and benefit disputes.
