Course Name: QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN HEALTH INSTITUTIONS

Course description: Quality concept, quality and theories, applicability of theories to health services, quality and customer, quality and efficiency, quality and cost, total quality management, development of quality in health services, integration of total quality management (TQM) into health services, establishing TQM culture ( analytical methods, accreditation in team work, education, organizational culture) and total quality management.
