Course description: What is performance management, basic principles to be considered when evaluating performance, characteristics of an ideal performance evaluation system, methods and differences based on the performance of individuals and teams, performance evaluation according to goals, evaluation types and techniques, 360 degree performance evaluation techniques based on competencies, performance evaluation form and process design, individual development form and process design, career planning and performance evaluation, training planning and performance evaluation, considerations in evaluation and reports, performance evaluation interview applications, rewarding and developing performance, designing an exemplary performance management system.
