Course Description:An introductory course in General Physics designed for students of the Department of Agricultural Sciences, Biotechnologyand Food Science. It covers selected topics from the following areas of Physics: Fluid mechanics, Heat and Thermodynamics, Optics, NuclearPhysics with emphasis on biological effects of nuclear radiation. The course includes lectures, tutorials and lab demonstrations.
