Undergraduate qualification required for entry: (NCEA) with a minimum of 80 credits in total with 60 credits at level 3.
Excellence (E )
Merit (M)
A*AA: Excellence in 3, 20 credit subjects and 20 credits at no less than Merit, all at level 3.
AAA: Excellence in 3, 20 credit subjects and 20 credits at no less than Merit, all at level 3.
AAB: Excellence in 2, 20 credit subjects and Merit in 2, 20 credit subjects, all at level 3.
ABB: Excellence in 1, 20 credit subjects and Merit in 3, 20 credit subjects, all at level 3.
BBB: Merit in 4, 20 credits subjects, all at level 3.
English language minimum requirement: NCEA Level 3 at Merit, IELTS 6.0 overall, GCSE C or an equivalent qualification is required: Acceptable Language Qualifications.

NHS registered overseas doctors, Graduates and those who have completed a Master’s degree (where the medium of instruction is English and a minimum of two  years of study to complete this degree) from a New Zealand university are not required to undertake further English language tests.

Postgraduate qualification required for entry: From 3 – 6  Year Bachelor’s degrees
