Course Name: Nutrition Principles II

Course description: The structure, properties, classification, functions, sources, daily intake recommendations, excessive intake and toxicities of vitamins and minerals. Nutrient content of foods, processing and cooking methods, application of some basic and traditional recipes in the laboratory within the framework of nutrition principles
