Course Title: Principles of Diagnostic Imaging

Weekly Teaching Hour: (1,1)

Course Description : This course provides 5 th. year students with an understanding of basic physical principles and theories involved in diagnostic imaging such as radiography, endoscopy, ultrasonography, tomography and MRI in Veterinary Medicine. Additionally, basic radiation safety, radiation biology, radiation protection, and radiation risk are discussed. In practical sessions students will gain instrumental skills and proper interpretations of image samples.
