This building is located on the Mahmut Pasha Street, 5 min. walk from the centre and the court house. There is a lobby and refectory at the front entrance. On top of this dining hall, there are 6 VIP one bedroom apartments suitable for visiting academics. There is an inner garden at the centre of the building. This is an area where the student can spend time, work and socialize. This building has a total capacity of 87 students. The Dormitory also has cafeteria & laundry for students’ use.
