Course Name: Athletes Nutrition and Health

Course description: The energy, macro and micronutrient requirements of athletes, the nutritional properties and ergogenic aid, body composition, weight control, the importance of nutrition in special cases (women, children, vegetarians, etc.) before, during and after the training and competition.
