Course Name: Food Chemistry and Analysis II

Weekly lecture and application hours of the course: 2-2

Lesson description: Food quality and affecting factors. Methods used in the subjective evaluation of food quality. Functional foods; pre and probiotics, genetically modified foods, soy. Elements found in vegetables and fruits, eggs, dairy products, meat and products, cereals, tea, coffee, cocoa and chocolate, their features and functions.
