Course Name: Diagnostic Techniques in Food Control

Course description: The sample from fresh food products in the laboratory shows dilution preparation, total aerobics, psychrophils, yeast-mold, total and faecal coliform, pathogen analysis such as Staphylococcus sp ,, E.coli, Salmonella.
